Return Policy

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY BEFORE ORDERING. BY PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

STOMP Design’s goal is to provide our customers with innovative products of the highest quality. 
However, if you are not satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

U.S. & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

STOMP PRODUCTS
You may return new, unused STOMP products purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, less shipping costs and a restocking fee (charged on returns only). 
Please note that it may takes us up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Department.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, calculated from the DHL, UPS or USPS delivery date.

WARRANTY: STOMP Design Inc. guarantees all products to be free from
defects in material or manufacture at time of purchase. If you find any
defect in material or craftmanship, we want to know about it. Contact
STOMP headquarters at info@stompdesign.com or 888-612-5240 (toll
free in USA) to issue a warranty claim. All claims must be made with a
reciept from the original purchaser and authorized dealer. If damage was
clearly due to improper application as per the included instructions or
misuse, STOMP will offer to repair or replace the item at a reasonable
price plus shipping & handling fees.

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING COSTS
In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren’t theirs.
When the error does not lie with us, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. 
After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item(s), less the original shipping fee and less a 25% restocking fee.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, calculated from the UPS, USPS or DHL delivery date.

TIPS ON RETURNS
Please repack the product in sturdy packaging, and include the packing slip you received with the shipment.
Drop off the package at any UPS drop-off location. 
If you need to use a different carrier for the return, please make sure that your package is prepaid.
We recommend that you insure your package. COD packages will not be accepted.
